Refund and Returns Policy

At Sobadean Pharmaceuticals, we prioritize product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of medical and healthcare products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure hygiene and compliance standards.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Incorrect item was delivered

Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 2–5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be considered.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All labels, seals, and tags must be intact
  • The item must be returned along with the original invoice

Note: Any product showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medical consumables (e.g., masks, gloves, syringes)
  • Personal hygiene and healthcare products
  • Sterile items once opened
  • Customized or special-order products

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone or email
  2. Provide your order ID and issue details
  3. Share clear images/videos of the product (if damaged/defective)
  4. Our team will verify and approve the request
  5. Return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

7. Replacement Policy

  • If a product is found defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.
  • Replacement requests follow the same verification process as returns.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

9. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), return shipping will be borne by us.
  • In other cases (if applicable), customers may be required to bear the shipping cost.
