- Customers must initiate a return request within 2–5 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be considered.

To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All labels, seals, and tags must be intact
- The item must be returned along with the original invoice
Note: Any product showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.

- Sterile items once opened

- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
7. Replacement Policy
- If a product is found defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

9. Shipping Charges for Returns
